“Black & Powerful” was a special ABC7 streaming series featuring one-on-one conversations with influential African-American leaders, innovators, and changemakers across the Chicago area.
As executive producer, I led end-to-end production and editorial execution for eight episodes, overseeing pre-production planning, filming logistics, production schedules, and post-production workflows to ensure timely delivery across streaming platforms. Responsibilities included coordinating filming locations, supporting talent preparation and interview development, writing promotional broadcast scripts to drive audience engagement across connected TV platforms, and approving on-screen visual and editorial elements to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
